Consultation and "Top Ten" Report
I will spend a couple hours with the home seller and preferably with the real estate agent walking through the home and discussing needs, wants, goals and expectations. I will top off this service with my “Top Ten Priority Report”, a professionally prepared report emailed to the homeowner and real estate agent. This will help the owner to perform the ten most vital transformations needed for their home. I will end the consultation with a proposal for further staging services if needed.
Consultation and Half Day of Home Staging
Get ready to see dramatic transformations to your home! This package is my most popular. I work with the homeowner to make the most of what they have. I will bring in added accessories if needed to take beautiful photos for your marketing efforts AND give the homeowner a “visual” of what they should purchase to complete the look.
Consultation, Half Day of Home Staging, and Completed Action Plan
After I spend a half-day transforming the home, I’ll spend another hour with the homeowner going through the rest of the house and filling out my Action Plan, for the homeowner to review and complete the work. The report gives written instruction of the ideal changes that need to be made by the homeowner in order for the home to receive the best market value.
Full Day - New Listing
This service is perfect for your new listing in order to make a great first impression!
I will spend one day prior to that listing weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. I will be working off of a detailed walk-thru work sheet that will be given to the homeowner in order to complete the transformations.
